She oversees compliance, supports agents through complex transactions, and ensures that every client receives ethical, informed, and professional service. Her experience and steady direction help the team navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.

Freba’s role extends far beyond daily oversight. She is deeply involved in the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels, serving on multiple committees that help shape policy, elevate professional standards, and strengthen the future of the industry. Her dedication to advocacy and education reflects her commitment to raising the bar for real estate professionals everywhere.
